Mastering life with affirmations communicates the message to our subconscious mind of what we want in our life because it is stated in the present, which is the tense best assimilated by our mind. Repeating these positive statements when we first wake up or prior to falling asleep clearly sends a message to the automatic processor, the brain. Since our mind does not know anything but the message we instill in it, this system goes to work to produce the results of the statements we repeat to ourselves.
