Abundant Supply: Understanding the Experiences of Life

Do you see the universe as having more than an abundant supply? When you look at the world, what do you see? This might seem like a trite question; you can respond that you see trees, lakes, forests, etc., but I am not referring to physicality. We see the world around us through the concepts and ideas in our head. Understanding the experiences of life during my childhood has caused me to wonder why there was always a race to get to the last piece of cake, the last piece of candy, the last piece of chicken, or whatever was the most delicious remaining substance. In Him we live and move and have our being. –Acts 17:28. Focusing on breathing while performing Yoga provides the energy to get through the postures. Until I started practicing yoga, I never realized that my breathing was so shallow. I became more conscious of my breathing as a result of the focus on it, and began to think about the importance of breathing in relationship to mastering life. What really happens when we breathe?
