The teachable spirit embraces change as a part of everyday life even though, as the sought after element to success, it can be quite illusive. How is change achieved? What keeps the teachable spirit motivated to nurture change? How can change be sustained? Having the distinct privilege of teaching Oral Commmunications at Everest College this spring term 2014, I was able to hear a variety of speeches from the students’ perspective. In Him we live and move and have our being. –Acts 17:28. Focusing on breathing while performing Yoga provides the energy to get through the postures. Until I started practicing yoga, I never realized that my breathing was so shallow. I became more conscious of my breathing as a result of the focus on it, and began to think about the importance of breathing in relationship to mastering life. What really happens when we breathe?
