What is your value to God? What is the significance of your role in the universe? Do you think that what you desire is not okay because it seems so selfish? He designed us to do good works, which He created for us to do specifically. In fulfilling our desires, we do what God created us to do. Character Development with Job

What do YOU use to help you get through trials and tribulations? Personally, I have had some huge trials in my life that took years to resolve. I have used a variety of techniques to help me with character development as I went through those situations. One in particular that provided perhaps the best insight was reflecting on the story of Job. In the beginning of the book of Job, God says, “Have you considered my servant, Job?” I hear pride in the tone of God’s voice, and the desire to point Job out as exceptional.
