What is the most important thing to you in parenting? How do you communicate with your children? Why are expectations important as a parent? Parenting is about encouraging growth through determining the one thing that is most important to you. Be consistent. Stick to the core ideals you model. Follow your intuition. Pay no attention to the naysayers. The struggle with my son was the complication of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, commonly referred to as ADHD. When you are encouraging growth, what is real, permanent, and lasting change? When your child changes on the outside or from the inside? From all appearances, Joseph was a slave accused of adultery thrown into prison. It really looked like he was an adulterer. It really looked like he was in a terrible situation. It really appeared as if God had forgotten him. What was really happening? Joseph was learning by experience, which is the best teacher.
