Weight Loss Transformation: Mastering Life

Recently, I wrote a blog post for Kathy Brandon, founder of Ready for Happiness, titled How to Be Happy With Yourself. I received a lot of feedback from what I wrote and wanted to back up my claims with pictures. They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words, so this blog will be short on words and long on pictures, otherwise I might overwhelm the reader! What is transformation and how does it take place? Scripture says: And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. –2 Corinthians 3:18 What does it mean to be transformed from glory to glory? Returning from Israel in March of 2012, I made the decision not to eat meat. Initially, I tried using the same old recipes, with meat substitutions, but it just did not work.
