Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) has taught me the meaning of a teachable spirit and given me the privilege of engaging with many cultures. People from other countries express themselves in a fresh and meaningful way as they endeavor to embrace the English language. Encouraging Growth through Transformation

What is transformation and how does it take place? Scripture says: And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. –2 Corinthians 3:18 What does it mean to be transformed from glory to glory? Returning from Israel in March of 2012, I made the decision not to eat meat. Initially, I tried using the same old recipes, with meat substitutions, but it just did not work. Finding recipes that tended more toward an Eastern Indian flavor became the trick to going in a direction that yielded good results, encouraging growth in the direction I wanted to take with my diet.
